▲ CloseArbor View does not have a private pool on-site. However, every stay includes six Galena Territory Owners Club access cards, which provide access to both indoor and outdoor pools at the Owners Club recreation complex — available year-round.
▲ CloseArbor View accepts up to two dogs, but only hypoallergenic breeds are permitted. There is a $150 fee per dog. Guests must disclose the breed and size of each dog at the time of booking. Dogs are allowed on the main level of the home only and are not permitted on the lower level. No other pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
